I always felt kind of lost. I always wanted to have a dream and I never really did. I mean like really really had a dream. Yeah I had things I liked to do but they were just hobbies. I never actually wanted something so bad that it made me ache. And then I found Ultimate Fighting.

It was about a year ago. I had just started to watch it and I just enjoyed it. And then I imagined doing it. And then I started training. I trained just for fighting. I didn’t waste my time at work. I spent my savings and I ran out of money soon enough. Eventually I needed to find a way to train.

Breast cancer is the world’s greatest problem. I guess that’s just my skewed view of the world. It makes perfect sense to me. I’m losing someone I love very much and I have no control over it. She never did anything to deserve this. My wife got breast cancer and all I have been able to do is watch and wish for the best. And yet I know that in the end the best isn’t going to happen.

And she won’t get the treatments she needs.
